ANNOUNCEMENT:
Thanks to the generosity of our Corporate
Sponsors, we are now able waive Membership Fees to selected deserving
Companies who join. We recognize Companies who excel in quality
of service based on customer feedback - if you are such a Company,
you may qualify for exemption from Fees during this period.
We
accept applications all year round.
All
duly registered Enterprises, Partnerships and Corporations engaged
in BPO are eligible to apply. There is no restriction on Capitalization,
Staff Size, Location, or Years in Operation. BSA/U welcomes everyone
Entrepreneur-owned 1- to 3- seaters to 1,000+ seat local branches
of Overseas-based Contact Centers.
Membership
Fees to BPO Services Association is dependent on capitalization
and/or size. and are used by the Organization to fund its activities
such as advocacies, site inspections, reporting, administration
and events.
Member
benefits include Accrediation as a duly authenticated BSA/U Member
(and eligibility to be referred to prospective clients), access
to industry information from BSA/U surveys, and participation
in activities. BSA/U reserves the right to undertake fund raising
activities in the furtherance of its causes and to uphold its viability
as an organization.

BPO
providers are rated by BSA/U based on performance. Gold and Silver
Rating is granted to providers that meet the following criteria:
1. A physical operations center with at least two independent, redundant
connections
2. A documented, established work methodology that is generally
used by existing and new staff alike
3. Has a roadmap for growth in terms of technical, management and
financial capabilities
4. Verifiable positive testimonials from at least 80% of its current
clients for Gold, 60% to 79% for Silver.
Regular Members strive to reach Silver and Gold Status. Costing
models and company size has no direct bearing on how BSA/U rates
a BPO company.
